About me

I am Juergen Haeringer, German Attorney at Law and Foreign Legal Consultant for German Law in the State of Florida. After completing my studies in public administration with my first state examination, I worked in the personnel administration of the police of the state of Baden Wuerttemberg as a civil servant. After some time, I decided to study law and I was able to complete my studies in six semesters at the Albert-Ludwig-University with the first state examination in law, which is basically my second state examination. In order to be able to complete the two-year preparatory service as a trainee lawyer, I was granted leave of absence as a civil servant and I was then able to successfully complete the trainee lawyer service with the second state examination in law, i.e. my personal third state examination. I was then admitted to the bar in Freiburg im Breisgau in May 1999.

Until the summer of 2016, I worked as an independent lawyer, first in Kehl and then as a partner in the law firm Dr. Neumann und Kollegen in Villingen Schwenningen. In the summer of 2016, I emigrated to Florida in the USA with my wife Alexandra Janz. I kept my German license to practice law. After a long, intensive and time-consuming application process, I have now been licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant for German law in Florida by the Supreme Court and am registered as such with the Florida Bar.

I have been practicing law for over 25 years and have always represented and defended the rights of my clients and helped many to obtain justice. This is my passion, my drive and my motto in life.
