Foreign Legal consultant
Juergen Haeringer is a Diplomverwaltungswirt (FH), German Attorney at Law, Foreign Legal Consultant and Notary Public for the State of Florida. He has been practicing law for more than 25 years and successfully advises and represents clients in all areas of law. He is also licensed as a Florida State Certified Real Estate Broker. His experience also includes several teaching positions, including as a lecturer at the Cooperative State University in Villingen Schwenningen and he speaks German, English, French and Italian.
Juergen Haeringer, LL.M. is not admitted practicing Florida law in the state of Florida nor licensed to advise on the laws of the United States or any other state, commonwealth, territory, or the District of Columbia, and his practice as a Foreign Legal Consultant is limited to the laws of Germany.

Inheritance law
In inheritance law, I can help with drafting wills or understanding existing wills. I can also help with the settlement of an estate in Germany or the assertion of claims arising from an inheritance.
Social security law
Social security law deals with the realization of pension entitlements in Germany or questions of statutory accident insurance as well as health insurance and unemployment insurance.
Real estate law
Among other things, real estate law deals with the purchase or sale of real estate in Germany or the defense against alleged claims arising from it. Draft contracts and examinations are the main tasks here.
Criminal law
Criminal law deals with proceedings in Germany where my clients are either victims or alleged perpetrators, i.e. defendants. But also misdemeanor proceedings, i.e. fine proceedings, belong to this area.

Employment law
In employment law, for example, this involves the examination of employment contracts, agreements or termination agreements as well as the drafting of such contracts or terminations.
Corporate law
In corporate law, I can help, among other things, to form companies, review contracts or enforce claims arising from company shares if it is a German GmbH, KG or other company under German law.
Family law
Family law deals, for example, with marriage contracts, having divorces recognized or contact arrangements for children born out of wedlock
Immigration law
In immigration law, I primarily advise on the acquisition or loss of German citizenship or on applying for proof of German citizenship, i.e. a certificate of citizenship. This also includes the topic of retention permits
